Your privacy is of utmost importance. This privacy statement describes Business Call to Action’s (BCtA) policy concerning the gathering and sharing of visitors’ information.

2021 Annual Forum privacy policy:

By registering to Business Call to Action’s 2021 Annual Forum, you agree that the data shared is processed by SCOOCS®. using the Scoocs platform website you are accepting the practices described in these terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Joining electronic discussion groups and participating in our 2021 Annual Forum virtual platform may mean that other participants of discussion groups, chats and other 2021 Annual Forum attendees (including non-UNDP employees) will see personal information that you have volunteered to provide, such as your name, job title and organization name. For open discussion groups and for attending the virtual platform this information may be public.

The 2021 Annual Forum live sessions, panels, workshops or virtual lounges that are viewed live by audiences during the virtual conference will be recorded and stored and may be used in the future by BCtA.

What information does BCtA collect?

Collection of personally identifiable information

If you register for our Annual Forums, are a BCtA member company, sign up for our newsletter or use any of the tools on the bussinescalltoaction.org website, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, organization name, job title and e-mail address. This information will not be shared with any third party, unless stated otherwise. This information is collected with your knowledge and permission and is kept in BCtA’s database. 

What does BCtA do with the information it collects?

Personally identifiable information

BCtA may use the personal information you provide to:

  • Contact you – either in response to a query or suggestion, or to mail newsletters, documents, publications, etc. to you, and we also may provide the information to the UNDP country offices so they can contact you as well;

  • Confirm your registrations for the 2021 Annual Forum;

  • Use video recordings for future communications material;

  • Undertake statistical analysis.

Opting out and changing your information

At any time, you can cancel or modify your information by contacting us at bcta@undp.org

You may elect to opt out of receiving communications such as newsletters and other material from BCtA. To stop receiving such communications at any time please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of BCtA emails or contact our team at bcta@undp.org.

Security

We do not sell or share any personally identifiable information volunteered for the purpose of attending our 2021 Annual Forum to any third party without prior consent. We do, however, share some user information with our partners and local country offices so that the whole UNDP family can respond to your needs. BCtA assumes no responsibility for the security of information.

If BCtA decides to change its privacy policy, BCtA will post those changes to this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it.
