  • Ashoka’s Full Economic Citizenship Initiative: Ashoka helps companies reach low-income producers and consumers by facilitating “hybrid value chain” partnerships with social entrepreneurs and other civil society organizations.
  • Business Innovation Facility: The Business Innovation Facility supports companies as they develop or scale up inclusive business models.
  • IDB Corporate Leaders Program for Excellence in Majority Markets: To be launched later in 2010, this program will support companies to develop inclusive business plans.
  • IFC Business Linkages Unit: Helps companies (usually IFC investment clients) do inclusive business through services such as base of the pyramid (BOP)/ small and medium enterprises (SME) capacity-building, facilitating BOP/SME access to finance, program design, and monitoring & evaluation.  Costs typically shared by IFC and client.
  • TechnoServe: Helps companies engage smallholder farmers and small and medium enterprises in their value chains through, for example, inclusive business model design; capacity-building and access to finance for target farmers and SMEs; and facilitating dialogue with government on enabling regulatory environments.
  • WBCSD-SNV Inclusive Business Alliance: Awareness-raising (e.g. CEO Forums), brokering new inclusive business ventures (roughly 40 projects expected to impact 400,000 people), and policy advocacy (resulting e.g. in an $87 million public credit line for inclusive agribusiness in Ecuador).  Primarily in Latin America with emerging activities in Mozambique and Zimbabwe.
